My Ackbar's at about 82% tenacity including his leader ability and he gets ability blocked like 60-
70% of the time vs OB's with potency mods and only like 33% vs OB's without them. I think it's because OB's ability has a base 100% chance to ability block. If you're running Rex, it's probably best to speed him up if you can to go before OB or STHan.
