What star level is Jawa engineer good at?
I belive 4* would do since it's all for his special. And star doesn't effect gear. What do you think?

I have had it crit as high as 5K .... I have also had as many as 4 stacked on someone before they start poping.... an that is not with an omega on his basic... so another 20% on top of that.... :)
