Make his taunt not work when he is stunned and/or ability blocked. This makes sense. Passive ability or not you should be able to prevent it. Being able to prevent abilities is what makes Han less of a threat than RG. If this isn't possible then reduce his taunt to occur at 33% health instead of 50% health. This allows people to manage attacks better to prevent his taunt from triggering by only attacking characters in the yellow with big DPS toons.
They also need to reduce his stun rate to 50%. It's ridiculous right now that as a taunter he still has tons of utility attacking. Not to mention with defense improved his special is also helpful.
No. This makes it easy for a stun heavy team to bypass taunt just by stunning without even needing to bring a single dispeller. Think about all those RG dooku daka teams...stuns galore. Please do not simplify the game too much for people who do not want to bring a hard counter for taunters.
Reduce health if you have to, but balance in a way that a gear 8 setup is able to handle a gear 8 RG, gear 9 setup is able to handle a gear 9 RG. Return all crystals,materials and resources spent to precrafters and allow all Rg to be gear 8.If that is not possible, allow access to gear 9 to all users by allowing all users to craft furnaces etc at the earlier material cost(without the extra 50 materials)
Allowing taunt to occur at 33% health is not good. This allows assist attacks to totally bypass the taunt since it is easy to ensure that both the first and second hit of an assisted attack doesn't trigger taunt. What would be the point of the taunter if it is too easy to bypass taunt? The funny thing is that while your change makes it way too easy to bypass taunt on 10k hp toons, it is just about right for 20k hp characters.
reduce stun rate to 50%?ok, but make sure the same standard applies to other characters as well. Dooku has a 40% chance to stun and another 40% chance of stunning another random target. That's a total of 1-(0.6*0.6)=0.64=64% chance to stun at least one character. of which there is a 16% chance of stunning two targets and 48% chance to stun 1 target. If your standard is 50% then make sure all characters like daka and dooku are kept to the same standard
It's ridiculous other characters like dooku as a jedi specific counter has tons of utility stunning and counter attacking non jedi.It's ridiculous daka as a rezzer has tons of utility stun locking multiple targets with her basic, even though she is armed with a passive and active rez mechanism.Not to mention dooku has a leadership ability that gives 15% dodge and offense up on dodge which is way more useful than the defense up that RG has.
Want to nerf RG? sure, but make sure you nerf others like dooku and daka too.
