What's your shard meta?

Lately I've seen more variety in team composition, but at least in my ladder dodge meta is still the one, with a great majority of Dooku and Ben leaders over other toons. I'm actually running a pure DPS+RG squad and I would like to shift to a lesser common composition, but I'm afraid it's like drawing a big red target on my back.
Basically I was wondering if this is the standard everywhere (more or less) or if things are changing (I'm on an early December shards, and I'm interested in Nov-Dec server metas mostly).
