When does Krennic become viable

Obviously max gear level

Of course that enough, A lot of heroes are viable at 3*.

I know it's enough for some tanks(shore trooper, baze, etc.)

But he's an attacker, so before I waste running him up to gear 11, I'd like to know if his attack power is affected by his star level

Yes. At g11 along with DT, 4* is enough.

Yes he will get better with more stars.

I have him at 6star G10 and seems viable....

At 7 star he would hit a lot harder... I think at G10 he has enough protection and speed to be useful as support.

I think at 4* he needs to be max geared.
Between G10 and G11 you gain 530 special damage, 211 tactics, and 4.4k protection. That is huge when you aren't getting the extra stat boosts from 3 star levels.

Depends on your shard, do stars may vary
