Ya know, this would be pretty cool. It would make you think before using the ability. Can the other toon afford to lose some protection? Would the added damage from an assist attack be worth leaving them exposed?

Deathtrooper isn't a droid, so there shouldn't be any android exclusivity. Think of them like Spartans from Halo.

That being said, they'll likely have some synergy with Director Krennic since they act as his bodyguards.

What I'm curious of is now that the movie is out, how long until Krennic, Deathtrooper, and most likely one more empire toon will drop. They aren't in the upcoming barrage of tournaments, focused on the two new rebels. However they have to be added in...right? CG/EA wouldn't just leave them out...would they?

I will admit, the empire could use a couple more characters added to the roster. Right now rebels outnumber the empire almost two to one, and that seems ... odd?

( I mean obviously the movies are mostly about the rebels, so naturally they have a bigger cast to pull from, but there's still PLENTY of imperials left to represent! )

come on people google paid for the event to happen so of course only android users would get the character, so unless google pays for more events android users wouldn't get more exclusive characters... if apple was kind enough they would do the same but i doubt they care, since there focusing on the iphone 9 and 10 most likely (it might be 8 and 9 idk where iphone numbers are at)

its like tv shows and console games. the tv shows premier where other places paid for them like with Netflix and Hulu having some exclusive shows from each other. or how some video games only go to one console or get priority over the other console. (like halo for xbox and uncharted for PlayStation, or CoD PlayStation priority)
