Where is the Emperor Palpatine event?
So tired of dying to him, would be nice to have him as well.

It will comeback when palpatine will be less use in pvp. When EA said that it is rare event , many people spent $$ to have him 7*. If palpatine comeback too fast, it would be not fair for people that spent $$ to have him. If they say rare, it should be rare enough that nobody doubt about what rare is.
