Just wanted to add that when you are able to, you should join an active guild. Once you are in a guild you should work to have at least 1 6* character so you can join AAT raids and when you have a single 7* you can join heroic rancor raids and start getting han solo shards. The rewards for the raids are really helpful and with an active guild they should start every few days. Even last place with 0 damage brings great rewards for new players.
