Which should I devote my resources to in the long-run?

I have two teams for arena. I am not sure which I should be devoting my resources to in the long term though. Here they are: (1) Emperor Palpatine as leader , Darth Vader , Bastilla Shan Fallen...

so maybe still farm FO but farm them a lot less? that way they are still progressing but i can still devote the majority of my energy/gear/credits/etc to my sith team?
