Which should I devote my resources to in the long-run?
I have two teams for arena. I am not sure which I should be devoting my resources to in the long term though. Here they are: (1) Emperor Palpatine as leader , Darth Vader , Bastilla Shan Fallen...

Perhaps. For FO raid team purposes, you'd want FOX to be top priority in terms of gear/relics, followed by KRU. What you see in this HAAT screenshot is more than enough but you get the idea in terms of development priority for a high score. (Thrawn is in there to give FOX extra turns and for boss turn meter reduction, but isn't required for a high score.)
