Which toons are stronger at gear 13?
Since gear 13 was released I was only able to get jedi revan finished and i was sad to see that he didn't really improve much like i thought he would. It might be the mods but still it got me a little...

Almost every finisher has 8 speed. The only one I know of offhand that doesn't is Droideka.
Yes but only DR is meta, so that speed is worth tons more on the DR squad than say CLS. When the meta changes it won't matter as much any more though.
