Which toons should get best speed mods?
So if you have to prioritize where speed goes, which toons should get the biggest speed bumps from mods? Is it more important to have TFP at a high speed than R2? I understand some of this is going ...

There aren't a lot definite answers, since turn order can be more important than speed on any one toon. One exception I can think of is Thrawn. I can't think of a time when faster isn't better for him (im sure someone will tho)
