Who Are the Best Characters for Speed Mods?
Other than adding speed to already fast characters to get first turns (rey, leia, QGJ etc), what toons benefit most from speed mods? Who is slow but gets fixed withnadded speed? Savage Oppress? 5's...

since its increase is percantage base and ddoes not stack with other mods add on, the best characters are the one's that are already fast lol.

Another, very important, item of note for Mods:
Percentage-based stats ONLY affect those gained through other progression means (Character Star Rarity, Levels, and Gear). They do not affect any stats gained through the Mod feature (meaning they do not compound with themselves).
so a 10% speed boost from a 4 piece set of speed mod to Maul which is 94 speed would only give you additional 9 speed. would you farm a rrsistance team for a meager 9 speed? i wont. there are hp mods that adds 14 speed and that is a secondary attribute.
the only good mod set is crit dmg mod since the 30% set bonus is significant
