Who is the best to get in the galactic war store?

Safe to say no one regrets Poggle. Ig86 is beast. Datcha could counter more droids I think. Poggle is fast, and good overall mechanics. Nightsister maxed hits hard with crazy hp. Resistance Pilot is now in a few top 10 teams.

No I always complete gw. I have sid Luma phamsa 7*, jc 6*, savage 6*, yoda 5*, dooku kylo 5* all at lv 70, vader ventress talia 4*all at lv 65.

Personally im looking at it as inevitable to get all the toons in GW shipments maxxed, but for myself i did

Lumi
Phasma
Poggle
IG-86
Teebo (currently 5* halfway to 6)
Next is either Biggs or RP

86 is only feasible in an all droid/Poggle team...too fragile otherwise. I'm working RP now. Mine is at 5* and already contributing to higher levels of GW. Will try her out in Arena when she hits 6* tomorrow.
