Who is the best underrated toon when fully geared and maxed?

Im starting to think hoth scout is underated with his speed and maybe with leia lead to increase crit rating

Savage seems pretty underrated. I have him at 7* G10 and he comes in clutch many times. Take shield off of Rey and then use over power w/ advantage or offense up and she's gone and RG doesn't even get to taunt

Lando is a beast! Especially when paired with st han. After a few hits from his Double Down and most of their team is dessimated. My Lando is 7*, lvl 80, maxed A&A, gear level 10 2 pieces from lvl 11 (yes he can reach lvl 11).
