Hmmmm, not wishing to be a glum guinea pig, but should you put so much of your resources into a Speed arrow that doesn't have speed as the primary?
Saying that, In the back of my mind, I think I've come across such a build, that recommended protection primary arrow on a speed set. Maybe.... it was the new Conquest unit Stella Shandy.
Anyway, a protection primary on a speed set seems a very niche thing. It's not something I'd recommend.
