Who should I start farming they're both gear 10 +3 pieces

It kind of depends what you have in the way of FO and Sith/Sith Empire teams.

I believe sith ships will have tome to shine soon, so I’d work on marauder.

SM. I have no reason or justification for it.

At least both are useful on their teams.

FOX is essential to an FO team, Maurauder is nice to have.
