HRS is the hidden gem of cantina shipments but daka is just really useful all round. She was the first character I've farmed from there and I've always used her in GW and arena. She also made DS a breeze. The stuns on her basic are just amazing and with the cap increase she will get more potency in gear and more stun % chance In her ability. Her Res and heal ability gets a -1 cooldown. I definitely say go for her
I'm really into HRS lately, he seems good on paper. But yeah, probably Daka is a better choice: I've read some nice argouments in her favor here, and she has gained the absolute majority in this poll. I'll hoard tokens for some times, and then I'll probably go for
Daka >
HRS >
Fives.

Even at only 5* Fives is pretty good, I'm top 50 in my server and even sniped top 20 once. His basic attack is kinda weak, but the counter boost does make a difference. And since he's pretty hard to kill in 1 turn, squishy-but-hi-power attackers will take some damage when attacking him, and he provides some punishment for AoE attacks. I started farming him when I still lacked understanding of much of the battle dynamics, but have stuck with him and will continue to until he's maxed. I never see him in Arena though on my server.
I have no experience with HRS.

Dude, I would go for Fives. I have him at 6 stars which is plenty for him to be a fixture in Arena and GW lineups. Tanky, hits well, nice counter. I am hoping to run him with Phasma or Sid (L), Dooku, Greedo and a healer for a crit and counter laden squad.
@Vaders_Underwear: I have misunderstood your quote:
"Daka and Fives are in my top 5, and are my only 2 in that group that aren't 7* yet"; that's why I've asked about HRS.
Anyway I think you're right, I've Fives at 5* currently: I just feel it's probably better farming someone else before starring him up. Just for info, I'm in a December server and (at least before Dooku's meta) I was constantly in top 10, often top 3, at paytime (now I'm in top 20, but probably I'll catch up soon): there's only one Fives in top 50, in a clone set up. My 2 cents are that Fives will probably gains a spot in some composition when fortitude comes as a reality.
