Don't necessarily follow the advice saying you "require" Dengar to get Chewie. I 7*'d Chewie in less than 10 attempts with Bossk, Boba, Jango, Cad, Greedo.
The benefit of farming Jango as soon as possible is you're going to 7* Houndstooth around the same time. Dengar is niche from the Guild Currency store and there are better uses for that stuff.
Chewie and C3PO events are very similar:
Easiest with Bossk + Dengar, easy with Bossk OR Dengar, tough with neither.
Easiest with Logray + Wicket, easy with one of them, tough with neither.
