2nd option but, I'd look at the SWGOH.gg meta reports and think about some tweaks, there's a pretty effective rebel meta out there right now but it's not AA and Leia.
I don't know how competitive you want to be but as your shard develops PVP goes from you being able to win with lots of different characters to less and less being relevant.
Depending on your payout, it's usually a better idea to sacrifice current performance to get where you want to be IMO.
