Who to Zeta First?

I started playing in Nov 2016 and i just got to level 81. I also go my first 5 zeta mats this week. who is the best toon to zeta first and why ? Vader ? Maul ? Rey ? Qui-Gon? thanks !

I'm between Finn for GW fun, and some raiding, or Vader to speed up my guild's raids. Which is the better choice in you with Zetas already's opinion. At 15 ATM.
