Who to Zeta first?

I'm very close to my first Zeta (3 away), who should I Zeta from my roster? https://swgoh.gg/u/rosstheboss89/ I've just started doing empire as they're fun to use, still unsure if would do Vader ...

If you want to play Empire I would recommend Vader otherwise if you want to go on with your current arena team I will recommend to put a zeta on R2.
