Then it’s not the meta that’s the issue, it’s the mods.
I disagree. A meta whose primary determining factor is speed, as opposed to synergy, strategy or gear/strength is a poor meta, since the secondary speed numbers on mods are largely luck-based, while strategy, synergies age gear can all be planned for access worked toward. Not to mention, it largely makes the battle a foregone conclusion.
