Am I wrong that Thrawn is the only zeta leader that requires 13 omegas instead of 10? I always though the breakdown went like this : 10 omega for lead, 13 for unique, and 16 for specials. http://i.i...

Both of R2s zetas are uniques. Not specials. Hence, they are both 13.
