Why don't people ever use Juhani in JKR squads?

Hello, everyone. I've been wondering this question for a long time and I thought I might as well ask now. I'm currently farming for JKR, 2/5 at 7 star. I'm trying to plan ahead and get my squad set up...

You can Ignore them which "hides" their posts. I have not seen the ability for complete block though.
Click user name, select ignore from upper right. You need to be on the full site for this, I think.
