Why fo officer can't give bonus turn to slkylo? ?

I tried to give tm to slk with fo officer. But slk doesn't take a turn.
I used slk, hux, officer, wat, malak

My opponent have
slk, kru, sitrooper, hux, officer.

Any idea?

    How do you have a Galactic Legend but you don't know about Hux's abilities?!

    FOO's special isn't a bonus turn but 100% TM so it is blocked by Hux's unique.
    Hux's special is a bonus turn so it won't be blocked
