Why fo officer can't give bonus turn to slkylo? ?

I tried to give tm to slk with fo officer. But slk doesn't take a turn.I used slk, hux, officer, wat, malakMy opponent have slk, kru, sitrooper, hux, officer.Any idea?

if your opponent's hux has a zeta, he prevents TM gain

FOO's special isn't a bonus turn but 100% TM so it is blocked by Hux's unique.Hux's special is a bonus turn so it won't be blocked
