Why i am not receiving the 15 consecutive turns feat? (Boss Feat Sector 1 Conquest)

I'm trying to get the 15 consecutive turns feat for the boss in sector 1 of conquest (Padme) and for some reason that i don't get I'm not receiving it even though i can count much more than 15 turns, as I recorded on this video (after 00:30): https://youtube.com/watch?v=nhSvl3dMcV8

Can someone tell me why i'm not receiving the feat?
