Why is CLS not getting guard?

Here’s my arena squad. Thrawn keeps getting guard even though he has 2k more total health and protection than CLS. I’m not sure what the heck is going on. Here’s my team https://swgoh.gg/squads/...

R2D2 is adding to CLS's stats with number crunch. It's giving CLS an extra 6.7k combined health and protection.
