Why isn't the Tie Reaper in any of the stores?
I would expect it in the Guild Event store and the regular shipments at least...

I’m close on that one, about 12 shards away, DT is G12 and Shore is at just X but he’ll be going higher right after my NS get to gear X to piss people off in TW ^_^
