It just as easy to farm the older rebels than to farm PS ( Lando Wiggs STHan Chirrut or others) that are insanely poweful at entry and mid level, but also can be meta in endgame (Wiggs, Chirrut). They also give you 2 scoundrels for the heists.
To me the really serious problem for entry and mid level is the lack of a equally viable DS team compared to rebels. Having a second very useful and powerful team at this levels, also a rebel team, is just another FU to DS users and to the balance between LS and DS.
