Why they haven't nerf rey?

Fully geared 555's AND Rey is so scary, the guy on my server with this team very considerately parks his immovable ass in the #2 spot for 23 hours a day.
The bell curve will never catch up unless they devote one big patch to rebalancing every toon in the game. Ugnaught is situational, and useless against every other toon other than droids, Mob Enforcer's single target nade is stupid because it doesn't about the same damage as Greedo's detonator which targets everyone, Stormtrooper's taunt is shit compared to ST Han's passive and Stormtrooper will have less HP than Han at max gear.
This is both a gear problem and a toon problem. Have you even looked at any other toons, other than Rey and Fives?
