Rex as a leader would be good. Cleanse + TM gain on a crit.
Other good options:
Lando (huge AoE potential with Cassian and Wedge).
Jyn as a leader is good with Cassian.
Chirrut and Baze are also excellent candidates, but they work best in tandem and you won't be able to farm Baze for a while, or only in shipments for crystals.
