Will Echo hit multiple targets if they evade at the same time?
He take 20% of a toon'a health if attack is evaded. So if CS aoes whole team with foresight will they all be shot by Echo and loose 20% health?

An AoE attack will trigger an evasion check on each target and thus if evaded will trigger Echo's unique if the attack is evaded and was made from a clone or 501st.
