Will HK rework make droids shine?

of course c-3po is a strong hero, but it‘s interesting, that with his description „light side, DROID, galactic republic, rebel, resistance, support“ in his kit the word „droid“ not appears.

he has synergies with the galactic republic, rebels, resistance and (not droids...) ewoks, what is ok, but the droids not even benefit from the buff „translation“!

i must admit that he has explicit synergies with r2d2, but i cannot see the intention to support „the droids“.

and

i know chopper, bb8, and k-2so are rebels/resistance, too. leastwise „light side droids“ would include L3-37 and T3-M4.

but this wasn‘t intended...

But with c3po same goes with modt rebel droids in gsme most did not work with other droids if they did it was rarely k2so freeing all the droids and r2 with c3po but they didnt work or lead droids so no need to have droid synergys

T3 worked with revan who had hk with him and fixed the ship so a little droids synergy works there but hk dont see droid synergy by the game view but if not mistaken in book/comics he does work with droids

Them saying for now is no way indicator they will be meta any time soon. It means that for now they wont be meta. Maybe in 3 years there will be meta droid team. Problem with you people is whenever a new droid comes you go yelling "WILL DROIDS BE META" so they just told you they wont but didnt want to shut you down completely

i‘m 99.99% sure, that the jawas somewhen will get a rework. if they will be meta? i don‘t know. but i‘m 100% sure, that ea/cg wouldn‘t write years before that rework „the jawa are not meta... for now...“

and

how many player thought, that grevious will be the next meta after his long desired rework?
and then the hype last month, the appearance of the separatist droids!

i was frustrated after my first fight with the sep.droids, the comments here in the forum showed me, that i‘m not alone.

but i like to be pleasently surprised in the future... ;-)

Problem with seps droids are people not droids. CG showed they can win vs revan, which they can. Just when you take a two 3* characters not all zetas they require against a monster revan teams people have been building for a 5 months at that point you cant expect to win. Just because ahnaldt and couple of other people hyped this doesnt mean it will be the thing you want it to be. Always remeber that most vocal players are here and on reddit.
