Since Barriss' unique will still work after she's dead (at least for now) killing her first would likely not be the highest priority. Also was just brought to attention to me that after 3-4 AoE's from Vader Barriss would constantly gain 100% TM from dispelling sou you'd want to end the fight before she draws out the fight eternally
