This. The description of what Valor does is actually under Mace/Endurance, doesn’t appear anywhere in Negotiator...go figure...

This is why it is best to check out the descriptions of odd or unique de/buffs IN MATCH.

Breach is another example of this. Removes 25% speed, description isn't listed in ANY kit. Have to view the debuff in match. I was convinced there was a speed bug for a long time.
