It’s basically a bonus turn and the last bonus turn to proc goes first
So GG bonus turn procs after GMY’s hence he goes first similar to how JKA attacking Malak makes him go over Padme
The order in which they gained the bonus turns is irrelevant. Who goes next depends on turnmeter overflow and in case of ties it depends on speed.
