This is why I believe it is WAI, but it can't hurt to ask if there was an intention of "special treatment" that could be implied by the verbiage used in the ability.
For sure. Full clarification would be nice. But it would be work for them to make it so Yoda goes next regardless, and work if they want to change the JKA/Padme/Vader interaction, and whatever else. So they're just going to say "yeah, that's how it works."
yes we (they) know how it works, the question is the intent. they will talk about intent and make changes to suit said intent. I.e.- Thrawn.
also there was a post about CLS and his ability now almost guaranteeing he will not go next in a rebel team. This is being looked at from the larger purpose of intent, as if they address this change, it will not be on a 1 by 1 basis, they will make 1 broad stroke round of changes to follow the intent of the design and be done with it. but thats part of a larger conversation, so we are still waiting to see how that pans out.
