Title says it all. Who do you think is very powerful, but doesn't get enough credit for it. We all know that Deathtrooper is the main victim of this, but who else do you deserves more notice, and why?...

Game's most underrated is Tarkin hands down. He's in the top elite tier of all characters overall and arena, yet his leader is just 3% on GG and usage overall at only 4%. Dominant in Rancor and he's also a required piece to being able to solo the most difficult content the game has: p3 HAAT. Additionally, his cap ship is tremendous. EDIT: So underrated, you'll still even see comments here and there (especially immediately after he was re-worked) that he's garbage.
If P3 can be solo'd, but P2 can't, doesn't that make P2 HAAT the most difficult content the game has now? ;)
