CLS is way more utility then Phoenix, you can rock him in any arena team, post 2m or so solo in HAAT p1, and he helps run through the pit.
That said if you need an immediate huge boost to your Phoenix for Thrawn/Chimaera and TBs, Kanan has the best zeta of the bunch(though Sabine's is pretty close).
I think he's saying not that CLS isn't more useful, it's that CLS's zeta does less for CLS than the Phoenix zetas do for them.
Would a team with CLS & Ezra on it be more powerful with CLS with Binds All Thingz, or Ezra with Flourizh?
