Zetas and Omegas per person

If you're wanting to look at your toons and figure out what abilities are zetas, then level 8 abilities that unlock at 82 or above are generally zetas.

Edit: Each zeta ability needs 20 zeta mats. The purple mats might be consistent at 30 but the number of omegas definitely varies but is generally around 13-16 I think.

Chopper has no zeta. There are three different zeta tier costs:

1 - 20 purple, 10 Omega, 20 zeta
2 - 30 purple, 13 Omega, 20 zeta
3 - 40 purple, 16 Omega, 20 zeta

If you go to SWGOH.GG and search for the character, you can click on them, then the ability you want to see. It will list each level, what it adds to the ability, and what it costs in terms of mats.

Each zeta requires 20 zeta mats across the board. Phoenix squad has one zeta for each character I believe.
