Crystal packs not showing up.

I am Belgian but this should not be banned. It isn't even with real money.

EA can verify costumers’ age. When you connect your account, they do it.

There is no reason to remove shards pack for crystals. It’s just bad coding, and it should be fixed already.

I'm brazilian, but it wasn'the case last era, though.. I was able to purchase the crystal packs for the other era units

Where do you live? I ask this cause in Brazil and Belgium they have some sort of law against gambling,and they considered the packs a kind of online gambling so EA had to remove them from the store in those countries. I know this cause I'm Braziliam.  Então se vc for brasileiro é por isso
