Tried to log into my account using my mobile phone and I'm hit with the account logged into another device or it's been 24 hours.
Keep trying to log in using my play account but I'm met with the same errors.

Same here. Tried logging in at the end of my lunch break, 2 hours ago, and still persists
not hacked. just cg not fixing their game. There is some workarounds you can do.
What workarounds are you talking about
I logged out, went through the tutorial and imported my account instead of signing in through google play.
Sign out of Google Play.
Load the game as a guest account.
You might need to complete the onboarding tutorial.
Once completed, go to settings > connect > Import account
Use your email address and complete account owner verification.
It should reboot the game and load your account.
You are not hacked. EA servers are messing up yet again.
Having the same issue. I tried all of the workarounds, and I'm still in the login loop. What a headache.
Ifs not a hack or anything. They say there is a work around on a diff forum but it doesnt work for all of us (me included)
Same problem. Day 3. After they fix it, they'd better give a very nice "we're sorry" package to make up for lost rewards.
This may work for some but if you have more than one account and switch, it will lock you into the last account you try. I switched from my main to my f2p and got locked into the f2p. Then I tried a 3rd junk account I had used in a while and now I'm locked into that one. You can try to switch back but it will just keep going to the last account...even if you try to play as a guest.
