Jocasta Nu Rifle Throw

Jocasta Nu’s rifle throw (that should only be used when she dies, as a last attack) is available anytime with no cooldown when Jocasta reaches rifle form.
Tested in order 66 raid and in a mod battle, under Kelleran Beq lead.
