Labels Missing - PC Client

My game labels have been broken in the PC Client for awhile.  I have done uninstall / repairs both and can't get them to show up.  I'm attaching a picture to show what I'm referring to.

I'm not sure what to do to get them back and my search have come up short for others w/ the same problem.
