It's going on 4 days now that I can't log in after never missing a day for 4 yrs. Would be nice to have this fixed

I have a Google Pixel 7. I uninstalled Google Play Services then went and updated Google Play Services and that worked.
Are there any fixes. Several guild mates are panicking.
This did not work on a Samsung S23.
I also can't log in to the game. for these few days it would be appropriate to write something to apologize and say when it will be possible to log in.
