Re: Received Crystals Instead of LSB

i keep making these posts about it but they seem to be deleted or disappear… weird

as well as a lot of people i didn‘t recieve my malgus, only around 6.5k crystals as „compensation“ because it said there was an issue

please fix this asap, payed a hefty price for it!!

    I can't even buy the LSB every time i click it in the store it errs out with R2D2 and the lsb  disappears until I clear my cookies. Previously I'd have to load it in the mobile gui to get it to prompt to discard a session lock to be able to buy it but the lsb hasn't hit mobile at all yet so I'm probably missing the GAC player lock (again grrrrr)

    We wouldn’t have to duplicate if you would actually help us and not ignore the problem, if you would read the replies you’d know that the ingame help is no help at all…it’s Friday meaning if it won’t get fixed today it will probably be after the weekend which means for a lot of ppl they’re waiting a weak to get what they paid a lot of money for. Loads of us also bought the bundle to use the content in GAC (before sign up close) which is now not possible anymore, so we’re already paying double now for you’re mistakes (ingame loss and irl loss)! Stop hiding behind an ingame fix that isn’t fixing anyone’s problems! Seeing as how this is a reoccurring issue and how it’s handled this time around this will definitely be my last purchase I made in this game! This is one of if not the worst community management I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a lot but this might just take the crown ngl.

    As xxEpiicITRAiiLxx​ has gone over in his post, the steps that have been listed for us are in many cases useless or impossible. I for example do not have an order number that starts with GPA and I can not backtrack my case to check other options.

    When I made the order yesterday, I only received crystals, no coaxium or Malgus. I saw that the coaxium arrived yesterday evening but still no Malgus. The order was made on my phones browser, not ingame store

    I would kindly ask you to sort this out some other way and ASAP as well. Attached is a screenshot of my confirmation e-mail, excluding the info about my e-mail address. My player ID is *snip*
