Re: Purchased LSB, but missing the LSB content

I purchased 2 LSBs I received rewards of one of them instantly and the other hasn’t shown up as of more than 24 hrs ago.   I went through the ai help system which prompted me to check my purchase history on my device, upon doing that I found there is no record of either purchase so I double checked my bank statement and both purchases are still there.   I realized there was  an os update so I installed it and rechecked everything previously stated but no changes had occurred.   How do I go about getting the rewards from the other lsb I bought?
