Naboo Raid Launched Before Update

We launched a Naboo raid yesterday, and it still showed mk3 raid currency in the prize box. After the update today, it is no longer showing mk3 raid currency in the prize box. Can you confirm that we will receive the rewards shown at the time the raid launched vs when it will finish?
