Purchased LSB, but missing the LSB content

Cant buy the Malgus LSB. I am greeted by R2D2 saying there is a technical issue and i should try later but it doesnt work for hours now.

I bought the malgus lsb through the webstore with my paypal account, but did not receive the shards in my inbox in the game itself.
Contacted the team through the app itself and they mentioned they have transfered my case to the dedicated team for this matter.
But when will i get a resolution? Will i get a refund or will i get the malgus shards? Just to understand what i need to do... 
I don't want to miss out on this event.
I received crystals, which i will not be spending since i want the malgus shards ...

This has been the worst technical support experience of my life. 

Spoke to a new rep after the other one closed my chat/ticket as "resolved". They stated they created an EA help case for me and sent me to that link. 

When I go to the link it doesn't exist. When I talk to EA help they can't see anything or assist. Sent me back to in game chat. In game chat is now stuck in limbo with no responses for hours. 

Swgoh by CG star war galaxy of heroes please cmon idk what’s happing but I’m not the only one this is happening to but I never bought it I never saw the bundle in the first place at all never showed up in game nor on web store please my wallet is locked and loaded

Tried to buy the Malgus Lsb an error occur now it is not in the store and I didn’t receive anything.  I have tried multiple times to get the bundle but the same error occurs. 

There has been NO response as usual..

The money has already been deducted from my account and I also recieved a confirmation email.
